1. RETURNABLE ITEMS
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days return time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used or misused items.
Notes: All returns must be authorized by our Team via the Support Center. Returned item without an Return Merchandise Form (RMA) will not be accepted.
3. RETURNS PROCESS & TIME-FRAME
Please carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:

2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Form (RMA) along with our return address.
3.Please return the item according to our instructions on the RMA form and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 3 days.
4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS & ADDRESS
We aim to offer services that will benefit all of our loyal customers. All of our other worldwide customers can return to our warehouse. Please always Contact Us prior to returning the items by submitting a ticket to obtain an R.M.A form (Return Merchandize Authorization) with the related address.
1. All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
REFUND
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. You can purchase with confidence with our easy refunds.
1. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit coupon will be send via email within a certain amount of days.
Refunds to your credit card or original method of payment, applies for damage/defective items only.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any handcrafted/artisan-made product that is returned for having minimal cosmetic imperfections that do not compromise its functionality and durability.
2. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@fonirra.com.
3. SHIPPING YOUR RETURN
To return your product, please first contact us first at service@fonirra.com.com to receive instructions to ship your package.
Return labels are available per request. You can save time and get better shipping rates by using our prepaid labels.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return label cost will be deducted from your refund/credit.
Exceptions may apply for damage items. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You may opt to use an insured delivery service, however, fonirra.com cannot accept responsibility for items not received or damaged in transit.
